The following terms and conditions apply.
Condition
To qualify for the "Good" or the "Very Good" pricing the item must match the two following descriptions:
Good - May have moderate or normal signs of use.
Very Good - Must look "almost like new" showing only very light signs of wear.
When condition is not specified, then the price paid will be the same regardless of whether the item is in good or very good condition.
General
Everything is to be in fully working condition and North American (NTSC) products. Cosmetically all items should be in at least good / average condition. Non-working products will receive no credit or partial credit if parts can be salvaged. We reserve the right to refuse to purchase any item for any reason we deem appropriate. All transactions are final, we do not return damaged video games, video game systems or accessories.
